摘要:首次在三元氧化催化劑YMn2O5上實現(xiàn)了無能耗的超低溫臭氧分解。在?40℃的低溫條件下,YMn2O5氧化物催化臭氧分解的轉(zhuǎn)化率為29%(反應(yīng)速率為1534.2 μmol g?1 h?1),升溫至?5℃時,轉(zhuǎn)化率迅速達(dá)到100% (5459.5 μmol g?1 h?1)。

該催化劑的低溫性能優(yōu)于已有報道的臭氧分解催化劑。結(jié)構(gòu)表征和元素價態(tài)表征證實,室溫反應(yīng)100 h后,YMn2O5仍保持不變,表明該催化劑具有良好的耐久性。

O2-TPD (o2 -temperature-程控解吸)結(jié)果表明,活性位點是表面與單配位氧結(jié)合的Mn3+位點。結(jié)合原位拉曼測量和密度泛函理論計算,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)臭氧在YMn2O5上的分解反應(yīng)的勢壘僅為0.29 eV,遵循ley - Rideal (E - R)機(jī)制,并伴有中間O2 -解吸的限速步驟。低阻隔很大限度地減少了中間產(chǎn)物的積累,即使在超低溫下也能實現(xiàn)O3的快速分解。從根本上說,低對稱性三元氧化物中適度的Mn?O鍵強(qiáng)度對于在表面產(chǎn)生單配位的活性物質(zhì)至關(guān)重要,這些活性物質(zhì)負(fù)責(zé)低溫下有效的臭氧降解。
