Precautions for the Use of 3S-J5000 Ozone Online Mointor
First, introduce air or oxygen, then turn on the detector. The detector will automatically zero. During the mid-process zero calibration, there must be gas passing through (whether it is air, oxygen or ozone).
If ozone remains in the system normally, please switch to manual mode for zero calibration
■ There must be anti-backflow measures. It is strictly prohibited for water to flow back into the detector!
The intake pipe of the detector must be made of polytetrafluoroethylene, 316L stainless steel or ozone-resistant materials; otherwise, the pipe will oxidize and fall off, contaminating the detection light cell!
■ Preheat the detector for 5 minutes before use!
■ The experiment time is short. It is recommended to change to manual zeroing or automatic zeroing, with a time of 30 minutes!
■ Ozone water treatment and ozone tail gas detection require the addition of a drying device!
■ The intake air volume is adjusted to be around 0.5L/min, and the intake air pressure is ≤0.1MPa
Turn on the oxygen/air first, then the ozone tester, and then the ozone generator
■ First turn off the ozone generator and the ozone tester, then the oxygen. (Reversing the sequence will cause ozone residue in the detector and inaccurate zero calibration for the next use.)
■ The intake air must not contain impurity gases such as ammonia and nitrogen oxides; otherwise, it will contaminate the photocell.
