摘要
采用轉(zhuǎn)子-定子反應(yīng)器(RSR)與泡柱反應(yīng)器(BCR)串聯(lián)處理模擬印染廢水,提高臭氧氧化對酸性紅73 (AR73)的降解效果。結(jié)果表明,O3/RSR-BCR工藝對AR73和COD的降解效率分別達(dá)到97%和30%以上。由于RSR優(yōu)良的傳質(zhì)效果,O3/RSR-BCR工藝對AR73的降解效率顯著高于O3/BCR工藝,表現(xiàn)出由于液體停留時間縮短而降低臭氧消耗和減小BCR體積的效果。O3/RSR-BCR工藝處理AR73廢水的優(yōu)勢在于RSR中O3的吸附效率高,BCR中O3與污染物的反應(yīng)時間相對較長。結(jié)果表明,O3/RSR-BCR工藝是一種高效的印染廢水脫色技術(shù)。
Ozone equipment
The ozone generator (3S-A10, Tonglin Technology Co., LTD., China) generates ozone from the air, and the ozone concentration analyzer (3S-J5000, Tonglin Technology Co., LTD., China) monitors the concentration of gaseous ozone. The ozone-containing gas enters the RSR through the gas inlet and flows radially inward. When the O3 concentration in the airflow reaches a stable level, the AR73 solution is pumped into the RSR through the liquid inlet and flows radially outward under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the rotating rotor.
