Abstract
The 3S-J5000 ozone concentration analyzer is designed to function according to Lambert-Beer's law. This instrument measures ozone by absorption of ultraviolet light.
The intensity of the light signal before and after light absorption changes, thereby permitting calculation the current ozone concentration value. The device uses an advanced dual optical path UV source.
The system has an intelligent lamp management system. After the power is turned on, the ultraviolet lamp quickly reaches the conditions required for measurement, and the light beam is split.
The sample chamber is designed for no leakage, over-pressure resistance, high flow tolerance, sample flow impact resistance, easy cleaning, easy maintenance, simple operation and low cost. It is mainly intended for continuous detection of ozone gas in various environments.
The ozone analyzer has a touch screen operating interface that displays the concentration of ozone gas in real time, with pressure and temperature compensation and display, and allows setting the automatic zero calibration interval or manual zero calibration mode.
The high concentration (g/Nm3) range together with the entered generator gas flow provides real-time display of ozone generator output.
With two relay output signals, the user can independently set the high alarm and the low alarm points. The instrument uses a long-life ultraviolet light source, and high transmittance quartz windows to ensure the stability of the zero point and prevent zero drift from affecting the accuracy of the concentration measurement.
The sample chamber, light path and independent lamp assembly are pressure-resistant and flow impact-resistant, keeping the gas flow, pressure and flow rate steady during operation, and preventing the sample flow impact from affecting the zero calibration, ensuring that the equipment can run continuously, 24 hours a day.
